1) The metal compensator is a special pipeline element, the installation is complex and strict, the need to calculate the thrust of the pipeline and the force of the injection fixed bracket, so it can not be installed without authorization, or it will cause an accident. Therefore, the installation must have the pipeline construction drawings provided by the professional design department and the detailed configuration of the pipeline support. And refer to the compensator installation instructions.

2) The compensator with flow direction requirements should be installed according to the requirements of the medium flow direction arrow.

3) In order to make the bellows in good working condition, the deformation of the compensator cannot be used during installation, including axial, transverse, torsion, etc., to adjust the installation error of the pipe system position.

4) Before installation, remove foreign bodies in the bellows and pipes to ensure the normal movement of the bellows.

5) When buying, do not only rely on the model or code, to provide data to the metal compensator manufacturer, designed and produced by the metal compensator manufacturer, in order to ensure the service life or quality.

6) The bellows used in the compensator are formed with thin-wall stainless steel plate, so during transportation, hoisting and welding, pay attention to not knock, scratch, arc, welding splash and other reasons to damage the bellows.

7) Before the operation of the system, the small pull rod general metal compensator manufacturers do not recommend removal, but after the pressure is completed, according to the compensation amount of the inner nut.
